摘　　要：自古以来,淮河流域就是一个集代表性、特殊性、过渡性、融合性等多重特性于一体的独特地理单元。淮河是中国的第三条文明之河,孕育着灿烂的中华文明。她不仅是地理上的南北分界线,也是政治军事上的对抗区、经济上的过渡地带和民族上的融合区。正是在多种因素的影响下,才形成了包容并蓄、南北交杂、东西融合的淮河文化。Since ancient times, Huaihe basin is a representative, particularity, transitional, fusion of multiple features in one of the unique geographical unit. Huaihe is the third civilization river of China, it pregnant with the splendid Chinese civilization. She is not only the geographical dividing line of north and south, also be the political and military confrontation zone, economic transition zone and the ethnic fusion zone. Influenced by various factors, the culture of Huaihe showing the characteristics of tolerance and storage, north and south mixed, east and west fusion.
