摘　　要：金属屑信号传感器是一种检测和清除润滑油系统中金属碎屑的装置,传感器用永磁铁做探头,可及时捕捉油路中的金属屑,达到一定量时通过外部电路发出清屑报警信号;传感器内部设有自动密封油路机构,清屑过程中不影响系统正常工作,实现了在线清屑。实际使用结果证明:金属屑信号传感器结构精巧、性能稳定,清屑效果良好,适合不同行业多种设备滑油系统金属屑的检测和清除。Metal scrap signal transducer was designed to detect and remove metal scrap in the lubricating oil system.The permanent magnet was used in the probe.Metal scrap can be in time to capture in the oil,and after a certain amount the transducer sends alarm signal via an external circuit.The self-sealing oil circuit device was designed to achieve online clearing which does not affect the system work.Actual results show that the transducer possesses structure delicacy,stable performance,good clearing scrap,and suitable for different types of equipment which need to detect and remove metal scrap.
