摘 要:振动测试、信号处理是现代机械工业和机械工程中非常重要的环节,为此开发了振动测试实时分析系统。系统结合传感器测量系统的设计方案和工作原理,针对A/D转换电路和USB数据传输电路两部分从硬件设计到软件开发进行了阐述。ARM处理器将采集到的传感器输出量进行采集、处理后,将其存储到USB接口的存储设备中,以便于上位机对其进行分析和处理。LabVIEW技术应用在振动测试领域节约了硬件成本,可以完成数据的采集与保存,具有数据的时域、频域分析功能。To test the vibration signal and process signal in the modern mechanical engineering, this paper developed the vibration measurement and real-time analysis system. The principle and design scheme of the sensor measurement system were pres- ented by two parts, one is the A/D converter circuit; the other is data transmission circuit based on USB interface. The two parts were discussed from hardware design and software development. The ARM MCU performs the duty of sampling and processing the sensor data. The data is stored into USB storage device in order to analyze and visualize the data in PC environment conveniently. The use of LabVIEW technology in vibration test field saves the cost a lot. The system can be used to acquire and save data, and analyze the data in both time domain and frequency domain.
