摘　　要：文中根据劲酒工艺和污水规模的特点,提出一种基于PROFIBUS和LabVIEW技术的污水处理控制系统的实现方法。将可编程控制器、组态软件LabVIEW、变频器、工控机以及各类传感器相结合。实现了污水液位、pH、温度、溶氧和流量等在线检测以及对各类泵和鼓风机的逻辑控制。实践结果证明:该系统运行稳定可靠,最终实现污水达标排放。According to the characteristic of strong wine technology and sewage scale, one kind of mention based on the PRO- F1BUS and LabVIEW technology of sewage control system was proposed. It combined the programmable controller, configuration software of LabVIEW,inverters, industrial computer with various types of sensors. This realized the on-line detection of liquid level, pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen and flow and logical control of various types of pumps and blowers. The practice result shows that it can run stably and reliably, finally reaches drainage standard.
