摘 要:为确保超声波探伤仪的可靠性和准确性,设计了超声探伤仪触发信号高速数据采集系统,用于检测和评价超声探伤仪各项性能指标。针对传统数据采集系统存在的不足,详细阐述了以工控计算机(IPC)为核心,以高速数字化仪NIPCI-5124为高速精密数据采集设备,并运用VC++编程实现采集卡驱动与采集参数配置的系统总体设计方案。测试结果表明:所设计的数据采集系统很好地实现了超声探伤仪发射端与接收端信号的高速连续采集、高速数据流实时存储,从而保证了仪器测试系统的测量精度。In order to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the ultrasonic flaw detector,a high-speed data acquisition system used for the trigger signalof ultrasonic flaw detector was designed to detect and evaluate the performance indicators of the ultrasonic flaw detector.Focused on the deficiency of traditional data acquisition system,the program described the industrial computer(IPC) as the core and the high-speed digitizers,NI PCI-5124 as high-speed precision data acquisition equipment,using VC++ program to design the whole system that achieves capture card driver and the acquisition parameters configuration.The test results show that the data acquisition system can achieve the high-speed continuous acquisition between the ultrasonic flaw detector transmitter and the receiver signal,and the high-speed data stream real-time storage,thereby to ensure the measurement accuracy of the test instrument system.
