摘  要:根据激发极化测井原理,针对井下的恶劣环[1],设计了多参数地层水电阻率测井仪接收机系统,实现了地层电阻率、极化率和自然电位多个参数的测量,对剩余油饱和度和储量的评价提供了有效依据。接收机系统以DSP和FPGA联合的主从架构为核心,采用不同增益多通道结构设计,实现了宽动态范围测量;采用参数控制的测井流程,实现了测井方式和时序的灵活调整;采用eCAN通讯方式,实现了接收机系统与上位机的实时交互通讯;采用自然电位补偿技术,提高了极化电位测量精度。结果表明,系统硬件结构简单,设计灵活,测量精度达到10 ppm(1 ppm=10-6).Given the terrible underground environment in resistivity logging, a multi-parameter layer water resistivity logging tool receiver system on the basis of the induced polarization principle was designed to measure layer resistivity, polarizabihy and spontaneous potential. It is available for evaluation of residue oil saturation and reserves. In this system, the master and slave struc- ture between DSP and FPGA served as the core of the receiver system ; multi-channel structure with different gains realized the wide dynamic range measurement ; Integration logging flow with parameter control enabled the flexible adjustment of the logging mode and timing sequence;the eCAN communication method was adopted to complete the real-time bidirectional communication between the receiver and ground system ;the spontaneous potential compensation technology was utilized to improve the accuracy of polarization measurement. According to the result,this system is of flexible design and contains simple hardware construction with a precision reaching 10 ppm.
