摘  要:应用取样光纤光栅和棱镜气室,构建了灵敏度可调的光纤甲烷检测系统,可实现对甲烷气体等距分布的多条吸收线的同时测量。利用背景扣除和比值处理技术,实现了常压下甲烷不同体积分数的检测。气体配置过程的在线实验表明,系统示值与体积分数变化间线性关系良好。A novel fibre-optic methane detection system with variable sensitivity was proposed, which involved sampled fibre grating and prism gas cell. By this method, near-infrared equal-spaced multi absorption line of methane were detected simultaneously. Detection of various concentration of methane was completed using subtraction of background and ratio processing method. The system was tested on-fine during gas mixing process and the linear relation between system indication and concentration variation was validated.
