摘  要:以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为混合单体,在羧甲基纤维素(CMC)上进行乳液接枝共聚,制备了CMC接枝丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液(CMC-g-AE)。采用IR和TG方法对CMC-g-AE的结构进行了分析。表征结果显示,CMC与混合单体发生了接枝共聚反应。探讨了原料配比对接枝聚合参数的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的原料配比为m(MMA+AA+BA):m(CMC)=7:1。将CMC-g-AE与颜填料进行混合制备调湿涂料(CMC-g-AE-C),当颜调料与CMC-g-AE的质量比为10:(5~6)时,所制备的CMC-g-AE-C符合合成乳液内墙涂料国家标准。多孔结构使CMC-g-AE-C具有良好的调湿性能,吸水率可达173%。CMC-g-AE-C是一种安全、无毒和绿色环保的调湿涂料。Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) grafted acrylate copolymer(CMC-g-AE) emulsion was prepared by the graft copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA), butyl acrylate(BA), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and CMC. The structure of CMC-g-AE was analyzed by IR and TG. The results show that the mixed monomers has been grafted onto CMC. The influence of the mass ratio of the reactants on the graft copolymerization was also investigated. The results indicate that the optimum raw material ratio of m(MMA+AA+BA) : m(CMC) is 7 : 1. The humidity controlling coating (CMC-g-AE-C) was prepared by mixing CMC-g-AE with porous fillers and pigments. The results show that CMC-g-AE-C can meet related national standards on synthetic latex coatings for interior wall under m(pigments) : m(CMC-g- AE) 10 : (5-6). With porous structure, CMC-g-AE-C exhibits a large capacity for water absorption up to 173%. Moreover, CMC-g-AE-C is a kind of green eco-friendly humidity controlling coating.
