摘 要:概述了聚丙烯催化剂载体发展历程。综述了当前国际上聚丙烯工业应用效果较好的Ziegler-Natta催化剂载体体系及其制备方法,包括MgCl_2·ROH体系、镁化合物溶液析出体系、醇镁体系、MgCl_2/SiO_2体系以及一些新型复合载体体系等。载体制备工艺的研究改进,有助于推动聚丙烯催化剂在高活性、高定向性的基础上向系列化、高性能化、专用化方向发展,从而不断开发性能更好的聚丙烯新产品。Recent progress in the supports was reviewed. Different ways for the industrial used in the catalysts for propylene polymerization preparation of the supports, namely MgCl2 . ROH system, magnesium compound system formed by dissolution and precipitation, magnesiumalcoholate system, MgCl2/SiO2 system and novel composite support systems were also introduced. Improvements in the preparation of the supports are benefit to the promotion of the Ziegler-Natta catalysts not only in the activity and stereospecificity for propylene polymerization, but also in the seriation, bigh performance and specialization for the catalysts. With the development of the new supports, better polypropylene products can be produced with the novel catalyst systems.
