摘　　要：通过分析山西省煤炭产业发展中面临的问题及挑战,利用耦合理论指出,发展循环经济是煤炭产业实现转型发展、跨越发展的途径之一。发展高端化、智能化的煤炭产业,加强"循环经济园区"建设,推进企业循环经济系统建设是煤炭产业转型发展的有效路径。With the analysis on the problems and challenges faced to the coal industrial development of Shanxi coal industry, the coupling theory was applied to point out that the development of the circulated economy would be one of the accesses for the transformation development and crossing development of the coal industry. The development of the high advanced and intelligent coal industry, to enhance the building of the ＂circulated economic park＂ and to promote the building of the circulated economic system of the coal enterprises would be effective access to develop the circulated economy of the coal industry.
