面向特色人才培养的大学生生产实习模式研究

摘　　要：本文对水文与水资源工程专业生产实习过程中存在的六种现象及根据所在进行了深入剖析。结合特色人才培养的思路,提出了特色人才培养模式下生产实习环节应遵循的原则,并依据原则提出了水文与水资源工程专业生产实习教学改革的新思路。认为应该在利用高校优势开展战略合作、优化实习时空安排来控制成本、注重教师队伍建设与实习过程管理、强化生产实习改革、加强设备保养与更新等方面有所行动。The paper deeply analyzes six phenomena and the roots existing in production practice ot hy- drology and water resources engineering. Combined with the thought of cultivating characteristic talents, the paper puts forward some principles in the process of production practice under the mode of cultivating charac- teristic talents. And based on these principles, the paper presents a new thought on the teaching reform of pro- duction practice of hydrology and water resources engineering. We should use the advantage of universities and colleges to make strategic cooperation, optimize practice time and place arrangement to control the cost, focus on the construction of teachers＂ team and the management of practical process, strengthen production practice reform, and enhance the equipment maintenance and renovation, etc.
