摘  要:主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,通过对体育教育专业人才培养现状与社会需求矛盾的分析,认为培养教育教学能力、社会实践能力以及就业能力突出,教学型和应用型相结合的复合型人才是体育教育专业教学改革的必然趋势和主要目标;并提出复合型人才培养的长效机制,包括调整落后的竞赛体系、培育多元的评价体系、搭建丰富的社会交流体系、建立完善的就业指导体系等四个方面;为深化高校体育教育专业教学改革、提高学生综合素质及就业能力提供理论参考。Based on documents and logical analysis,the thesis elaborates on the contradictions between the current situation of training P.E.majors and demands of the society,drawing to the conclusion that an inevitable trend of the education reform in P.E.major is to foster interdisciplinary personnel with excellent teaching skills,ample working experience and outstanding employability.With the aim of providing theoretical references for higher education to deepen reform in P.E.major and enhance students'overall competence,the thesis put forward a long-term system for interdisciplinary personnel training,including mainly 4 parts: adjusting out-of-time competition system,setting up a multivalve evaluating system,establishing a platform for experience exchange and offering vocational consultancy.
