网络环境下高校图书馆功能变革的研究

摘　　要：从文献信息资源建设以及读者服务工作等方面阐述了网络环境下高校图书馆功能的变化,提出了应对这些变化的方式与方法,指出:只有建立特色数据库、提高馆员素质、加强个性化服务、不断创新与变革,高校图书馆才能生存与发展。By illustrating the functional change of university library under the network environment from document resources construction and reader service aspects,the author proposes the ways and methods of tackling these changes.The author points out only by establishing the characteristic database,improving librarians＇ quality and strengthening the individualized service,can the university library get survive and develop in the constant innovation and changes.
