摘 要:在发电厂,高辐射涂层广泛应用于锅炉的管道,但适合于该涂层使用的优质胶粘剂一直是一个瓶颈。研制出具有低腐蚀、高粘度、耐高温特点的胶粘剂,对提高高辐射涂层的综合性能至关重要。众所周知,无机磷酸盐胶粘剂拥有有机胶和硅溶胶不可比拟的耐高温、低固化收缩率等优点,本文简述了磷酸盐胶粘剂的制备原料及工艺,试验中以磷酸二氢铝为主要成分,同时加入pH调节剂、缓蚀剂、催干剂、增稠剂等,制备出了一种可以在24h内表面干燥、对金属表面有较小的腐蚀、耐温800℃、高粘性的胶粘剂。In power plants, high radiation coating is widely used in boiler tubes, however, it's a big bottleneck for the high radiation to use in the coating. Development of adhesive, with low corrosion, high viscosity and high tem- perature resistant characteristics to improve the comprehensive performance of high radiation coating is very impor- tant. As everyone knows, inorganic phosphate coating is superior to organic gel and silica sol in high- temperature and low curing shrinkage. The high viscosity coatings with phosphate bonded di-hydrogen aluminum as the main in gredient are prepared. By adding agents for adjusting pH, corrosion inhibitors, driers, thickeners, we have coatings whose surface can dry within 24 h, get a low corrosion on the metal by resisting to the temperature of 800 ℃.
