摘 要:采用交流阻抗法、塔菲尔曲线法、阴极极化等电化学测试对定向凝固Pb-Sb板栅合金进行电化学性能测试,并用金相显微镜观察微观组织。结果表明:熔体过热处理后的合金做为籽晶的定向凝固试样,其晶粒细化,枝晶间距变小,枝晶分叉减少,且晶体组织更加均匀。在距液淬底面40 mm处,熔体转变后的钝化电流密度明显小于转变前的电流密度,表明其在钝化状态下的腐蚀速度变小,合金的耐腐蚀性增强。The effect of unidirectional solidification on the electrochemical behavior of the Pb-Ca alloys was studied by use of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, Tafel plot and cathodic potentiodynamic polarization. Metallographic microscope was taken to investigate the microstructure. It was found that the grain size was refined, arm distance was narrowed, crystal branehes were reduced and the microstructure was well-distributed of the unidirectional solidification sample with substrate processed by melt superheat treatment. After melt structure transformation process, the critical passivation current density was less than before at 40 ram, whieh observed that its corrosion rate was reduced and the corrosion resistance was increased.
