摘 要:以苯胺为原料,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,硫酸为酸化剂,化学氧化法制备了聚苯胺,并检测了其电阻率。红外谱图和XRD证明得到的有机物与聚苯胺完全一致;循环伏安表明,聚苯胺具有一定的充放电特性。在铅酸电池正极材料PbO2中加入聚苯胺,能够大幅度提高电导率,降低电池内阻。充放电曲线表明:加入聚苯胺后,电池容量由9.8 Ah提高至10.8 Ah,100个周期衰减由18.1%降至11.1%;库伦效率比空白电池略低一些。The polyaniline was synthesised by chemical oxidation with aniline as raw materials, ammonium persulfate as the oxidant, sulfuric acid as acidification agents, and polyaniline was tested by the resistivity, IR and X-ray diffraction. The infrared spectra and XRD proved that the organic compound was polyaniline; the cyclic vohammetry showed that polyaniline could be charged and discharged. The polyaniline added into the positive materials of lead-acid battery could greatly improve the conductivity of positive materials and reduce the internal resistance of lead battery. The charging-discharging curves showed that the capacity of lead-acid battery was increased from 9.8 Ah to 10.8 Ah, the 100 cycle attenuation from 18.1% to 11.1%; the coulomb efficiency was slightly lower than that of blank battery after the polyaniline was added.
