摘　　要：在中国这样一个以无诉为价值取向的法律文化背景和以外发型为特征的现代化的现实背景条件下实现法治现代化,一个非常重要的方法就是加强法官的道德素养。法官需做到正心诚意,慎独自律,节欲养心,学思结合并养浩然之气,从而树立良好的法官形象。这种高尚的道德形象有利于提高人们对法官的信任,有利于提高人们对法律至高无上地位的信任,从而有利于推进中国法治现代化的进程。To realize the rule of law modernization in China where it is without cause for value orientation and modern realistic background conditions with features of outgoing,a very important way is to strengthen the judge＇s moral accomplishment.The judge should be upright and sincere,self-supervision and self-discipline,abstinence and nourishing heart to combine learning and thinking so as to establish a good image of the judge.This noble moral image is helpful to improve people＇s trust to judge and the supreme law status,and then to promote the modernization of Chinese law.
