摘　　要：本文介绍了2012年6月24～29日在美国纽约Troy召开的第十三届国际照明科技研讨会(LS:13)情况,包括会议的内容与形式等,阐述了LED是本届会议的主要关注点,同时陶瓷金卤灯仍然受到较大的重视。The paper presents an introduction on the 13th International Sympos Lighting （LS： 13） , in June 24 -29, 2012, in Troy, New York, USA um on Science including and Technology of contents and forms of the conference. It concludes that LED is the main role in the conference, and ceramic metal halide still gets attention by lighting society.
