摘 要:对于调水、排涝设计扬程相差较大的泵站,泵机组选型比较困难。以南水北调东线金湖泵站为例,同时满足泵站调水、排涝抽水流量,在众多可能泵机组方案中,筛选出可行方案。再在可行方案中,考虑泵站运行扬程变化、运行时间、变工况优化运行、运行费用和设备投资等因素,以泵站寿命期内设备投资和运行费用之和最少为目标,建立泵站总费用计算模型,研究不同工况调节方式的最优运行方案,提出工况调节方式定量选择方法。分析确定了泵站3种可行机组方案,对可行方案的贯流泵装置、工况调节方式以及配套电机功率进行计算。结果表明:金湖泵站宜选用泵型Ⅲ,变角工况调节方式,配套电机功率1800 kW。泵机组及其工况调节方式定量选择方法可以推广应用。Selection of pump units for the pumping station with a great difference in design head between diversion and drainage is very difficult.In our study of Jinhu pumping station on the eastern route of south-to-north water transfer project,first we selected from many alternatives the feasible schemes to satisfy the design flow capacities for both operation modes of diversion and drainage.Then,we developed a calculating model to study and select the optimal operation schemes among these feasible schemes,considering the operation head variations,operation time,optimal operation by adjusting operation duties,operation cost and equipment investments,and aiming at the lowest cost in terms of equipment investments and operation cost during the lifetime of the station.We put forward quantitative selection methods of regulation modes,determined three feasible schemes,and for each of them,calculated tubular pump assemblies,regulation procedure,and mating power of electrical motor.The results show that the optional scheme is pump unit type III with its blade angles adjustable and a mating power of 1800 kW and that these quantitative methods could be extended to other pumping stations for selection of pump units and regulation modes.
