摘  要:对不同工况调节和传动方式的贯流泵机组结构型式和性能进行了比较。运用计算流体力学,对采用相同水泵模型而工况调节方式不同的3套灯泡贯流泵装置进行数值模拟,评价不同工况调节方式对贯流泵装置性能的影响。计算结果表明,由于机组结构型式不同,在进水流道中安装变角调节机构的水泵装置,取得较低的装置效率,其中较长的进水流道和调节装置对水流的阻碍,降低水泵装置效率1.0~1.5%左右。采用变速调节机构的水泵装置能取得较高的装置效率,部分原因是进水流道较短,部分原因是装置结构型式不同。变频调节机构消耗的功率约占电机输入功率的3~4%,变频调节提高的装置效率,可能抵消不了这部分功率损耗。In this work,structural features and system performances were compared between different tubular pumping systems with different regulation methods and transmission modes.Computational fluid dynamics was adopted to numerically simulate three systems equipped with the same pump model but different regulation methods,and the influences of regulation methods on system performances were evaluated.Results show that when a blade-adjusting regulation device is installed inside the suction box,the pumping system achieves lower efficiency.If the suction box is long and the flow resistance of adjusting device is considerable,the efficiency is lowered roughly by 1.0~1.5%.In contrast,a pumping system with variable speed regulation can achieves higher efficiency,partly owing to its shorter suction box and partly to its regulation device better featured.Attentions must be paid to the fact that the power consumed by a varied frequency device is roughly 3~4% of the main motor′s power output,and the augmentation in system efficiency by such a device may not offset its power assumption.
