高效液相色谱法测定芎菊上清丸中栀子苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定芎菊上清丸中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agela Promosil C18柱(250 mm×4 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(17∶83),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为240 nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.0819～2.048μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率98.50%,RSD=0.75%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确可靠,可用于产品质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Qiongjushangqing Pill. Methods Using Agela Promosil Cl8 column（250 mm × 4 mm,5 μm） and acetonitrile-water （17：83） as mobile phase,detection wavelength of 240 nm. The flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, column temperature is 30 degree C. Results In the range of 0. 081 9-2. 048 μg good linear relationship（ r= 0. 999 8, n = 6）,the average recovery was 98.50%, RSD =0. 75% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple,fast, effective,sensitive, accurate with good repeatability and recovery. It can be used for quality control of the proparation.
