不同剂量氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同剂量的氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果和不良反应。方法入选在2007年6月至2011年6月期间在医院诊疗的210例偏头痛患者,按照入院先后顺序编号,根据随机数字方法分成2组,每组105例,分别为5mg治疗组与10mg治疗组,均予每晚睡前口服1次,疗程为4周。治疗后比较分析两组患者的相关指标。结果两组患者治疗后的疼痛等级无统计学差异(P>0.05)。5 mg治疗组的总有效率为90.48%,10 mg治疗组的总有效率为94.29%,两组相比较没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率具有统计学差异(4.76%vs 22.86%,P<0.05)。结论氟桂利嗪胶囊5 mg和10 mg剂量治疗偏头痛均具有较好的治疗效果,最好选择5 mg每晚1次为宜。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of different doses of Flunafizine Capsule in treating migraine. Methods Two hundred and ten patients with migraine treated in this hospital from June 2007 to June 2011 were selected and ran- domly divided into the 5 mg treatment group and the 10 mg treatment group, 105 cases in each group, orally taking flunafizine capsule, once before bedtime per night. After 4- week treatment, the related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the pain rating between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. The total effective rate was 90. 48% in the 5 mg group and 94. 29% in the 10 mg group without statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The total incidence rate of adverse reactions had statistical difference between the two groups（4.76% vs. 22.86%, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Flunafizine Capsule 5 mg and 10 mg all have better effects in treating migraine, but Flunafizine Capsule 5 mg before bedtime every night is the best choice.
