摘  要:介绍了往复(高速)走丝电火花线切割机床加工工艺指标的研究进展,对其高效稳定切割、高厚度切割、大锥度切割、稳定多次切割的实现,以及半导体和其他特种材料切割等工艺目前所能达到的工艺指标、存在的问题、解决思路等,结合往复走丝的加工机理进行了分析。研究认为往复走丝电火花线切割加工有其自身独特的工艺特点,并将获得持续的发展。The new progress in research on process characteristics of High Speed Wire-cut Electri- cal Discharge Machine (HSWEDM) is introduced. Combined the processing mechanism of HSWEDM, process indicators achieved, the present problems, the solution ideas of processes that in- cluded highly efficient and stable cutting, high thickness of the cutting, large taper of the cutting, the realization of stable multiple cut, HSWEDM used in the processing of semiconductor and other special- ty materials are analyzed. Studies suggest that HSWEDM has its own process characteristics, and will continue to develop.
