益气温阳方治疗变应性鼻炎肺脾虚寒证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的以西替利嗪、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂对照,评价中药益气温阳方对变应性鼻炎肺脾虚寒证患者的临床疗效。方法多中心对照研究,分为益气温阳方组和西药对照组,样本量中药组388例,西药组173例,疗程4周。结果益气温阳方组显效率64.95%,总有效率94.32%;西药组显效率65.90%,总有效率94.80%,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。180d远期疗效评价,益气温阳方组显效率62.37%,总有效率93.55%;西药组显效率53.18%,总有效率86.13%,经统计学检验,2组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论益气温阳方治疗变应性鼻炎肺脾虚寒证具有良好的近期疗效和远期疗效,有进一步研究和临床推广应用价值。OBJECTIVE To evaluate therapeutic effect of Yiqi Wenyang Fang on allergic rhinitis patients with cold deficiency of lung and spleen by using nasal sprays cetirizine and budesonide as control groups.METHODS Multicenter controlled study was applied to divide the patients into Yiqi Wenyang Fang group of 388 cases and western medicine group of 173 cases.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.RESUTS The efficiency of Yiqi Wenyang Fang group was 64.95%,with total efficiency of 94.32%;while the effective rate of western medicine group was 65.90% and its total effective rate was 94.80%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.180 days late effect of Yiqi Wenyang Fang group was 62.37% with total effective rate of 93.55%;western medicine group showed 53.18% and 86.13% respectively.Statistic analysis found significant difference（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Yiqi Wenyang Fang is effective on allergic rhinitis patients with cold deficiency of lung and spleen,deserving further study and clinical application.
