针灸治疗围绝经期综合征临床疗效综合评价研究

摘　　要：目的评价围绝经期综合征(PMS)针灸治疗的临床疗效及效能等级。方法:运用循证医学方法获得临床证据评价针灸治疗PMS的有效性,对全国针灸专家问卷调查结果通过模糊综合评判技术评价针灸治疗PMS的效能等级。结果 3项A级证据支持针灸治疗PMS的有效性,尤其在改善热潮红症状方面;4项B级证据支持针灸很有可能改善PMS抑郁精神症状。专家问卷调查结果显示针灸治疗PMS疗效趋势为整体好转,干预措施以针灸为主。结论基于现阶段研究,围绝经期综合征是针灸的适宜病症,其疗效等级为效能针灸Ⅱ级病谱。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical curative effect and efficiency level of acupuncture on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome（PMS）.METHODS Evidence-based medical methods were applied to gain clinical evidence for evaluating effectiveness of acupuncture on the treatment of PMS.Results of questionnaire survey on the acupuncture experts were used for evaluation of acupuncture on treatment effectiveness of PMS through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique.RESULTS 3 A level items supported the effectiveness of acupuncture on PMS treatment,especially in improving tidal heat symptoms;4 B level evidences showed that acupuncture and moxibustion is likely to improve PMS depression mental symptoms.Expert questionnaire survey results showed that whole body was improved in PMS treatment by acupuncture,acupuncture as primary intervention measure.CONCLUSION PMS is the suitable conditions for acupuncture and moxibustion based on present research,with efficiency level Ⅱ stage.
