TSS型注浆管的研制及在饱和含水砂层的应用

摘　　要：本文是为了解决饱和含水砂层的分段注浆中的成孔难、钻机机械体积较大、 PVC塑料注浆管易受压变形、价格较高等缺点 ,通过对 TSS型注浆管的研制 ,及其在饱和含水砂层的应用 ,成功地解决了单向袖阀式小口径注浆管工艺 ,大大地提高了工程进度 ,降低了造价。主要介绍了 TSS注浆管的逆止阀和单向止浆系统的设计与实验以及In order to solve the shortcomings of grouting section by section in the saturated aquifer of sand stratum,such as the difficulty on formation of bored hole,larger volume of the boring machine,easy deformation of PVC plastic grouting tube under pressure,higher cost,etc,by developing the TSS type grouting tube with its application in the saturated aquifer of sand stratum,the technology of one directional valve typed small diameter grouting tube had been established.This technology quickened the rate of engineering progress and reduced the construction cost greatly.This paper introduces mainly the design and the experiment of the non return valve and the one directional stop grouting system of the TSS grouting tube,as well as the construction technology on the application of TSS grouting tube in the saturated aquifer of sand stratum.
