重楼醇提物镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的通过不同的致痛、致炎模型观察重楼醇提物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法以重楼醇提物大、中、小3个剂量组(1.2、2.4、4.8g/kg),采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,观察其镇痛作用;采用耳肿法及毛细管通透性法观察药物的抗炎作用。结果重楼醇提物对醋酸所致的扭体有明显的抑制作用,热板法显示各剂量组均能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值,其中以大、中剂量组作用较为明显。重楼醇提物对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀及醋酸所致的毛细管通透性增加都有明显的抑制作用。其中以大、中剂量组作用较强。结论重楼醇提物各剂量组均有显著的镇痛抗炎作用,其中以大、中剂量组作用较强。OBJECTIVE To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extract of Rhizoma Paridis by different pain and inflammation patterns.METHODS The analgesic effect of ethanol extract in large-dose group,medium-dose group and small-dose group（each for 1.2、2.4、4.8 g/kg） was assessed by hot plate method and tweak body method of mice,and the anti-inflammatory effect of them was tested by ear swollen method and capillary passing method of mice.RESULTS The ethanol extract of Rhizoma Paridis showed significant inhibition on body tweak caused by acetic acid.The pain threshold was significantly improved in each group by the hot plate method,especially in large-dose group and medium-dose group.The ethanol extract of Rhizoma Paridis showed significant inhibition to the swelling of auricle caused by dimethylbenzene and the increasing of permeability of capillary caused by acetic acid in mice,especially in large-dose group and medium-dose group.CONCLUSION Each group of ethanol extract of Rhizoma Paridis showed significantly analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,and large-dose group and medium-dose group were more intense.
