摘 要:目的探讨丙二醇对葛根素溶血率影响的规律,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法采用家兔红细胞体外试管法,考察葛根素、丙二醇不同浓度配伍条件下溶血率变化规律。结果葛根素与丙二醇配伍时,葛根素溶血率随丙二醇浓度增加而递增,同一丙二醇浓度下溶血率也随葛根素浓度增加而增加;浓度大于0.4mg/mL的葛根素配伍组或浓度大于1.6%的丙二醇的配伍组均呈现溶血协同作用;随着葛根素浓度的增加,使溶血率到达5%所需的丙二醇浓度逐渐减小。结论葛根素或丙二醇的存在均可能增加对方所致溶血;通过方程可以预测丙二醇安全浓度范围。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of propylene glycol on hemolysis ratio of puerarin so as to provide basis for clinical safe drug use.METHODS The hemolysis ratio variation of rabbit red blood cells were tested by tube in vitro under the compatibility of different concentration of puerarin and propylene glycol.RESULTS When puerarin was combined with propylene glycol,the hemolysis ratio of puerarin increased as the concentration of propylene glycol increased.Under the same concentration of propylene glycol,the hemolysis ratio also increased as the concentration of puerarin increased.The compatibility group of puerarin concentration over 0.4 mg/mL or group of propylene glycol concentration over 1.6% presented hemolysis synergy.Along with the increase of puerarin concentration,the necessary propylene glycol concentration for hemolysis ratio reaching 5% decreased gradually.CONCLUSION The existence of puerarin and propylene glycol can mutually increase the hemolysis caused by the other one.The safe concentration scope of propylene glycol can be predicted through empirical equation.
