常州林氏喉科从肝论治急喉痺的经验探讨

摘　　要：常州林氏喉科奠基人林润卿从肝论治急喉痺的经验及理论依据。林氏认为咽喉虽由肺胃所主,实则内关脏腑。咽喉为病,无不危及脏腑,而脏腑之病,亦多累及咽喉,临证要分脏腑经络而治之。林氏重视整体观念,强调脏腑五官相连,根据"厥阴上咽喉"及"肝为杂病之源"的理论,对特殊病例,匠心独运,另辟蹊径从肝论治,分别采用清肝法、降肝法、平肝法。肝为刚脏,其体阴,其用阳,以柔为和,喜条达,易郁结,治肝方法颇多,林氏根据喉痹中出现的肝经症状,适时采用不同的治疗方法,经方化裁,善用旋复花为其特色。林氏从肝论治急喉痺为我们提供了独特的思路和方法,足资借鉴。The paper introduced Lin Runqing,founder and pioneer of Changzhou Lin＇s laryngology,who treats larynx inflammation from the liver.Lin thinks that though throat is controlled by the lung and stomach,it is actually related to zang-fu organs.Throat diseases usually threaten Zang-fu organs and zang-fu organs diseases often involved throat;throat diseases should be treated according to zang-fu and meridians.Lin pays attention to the wholism idea and strengthens the relation between zang-fu and five sense organs.According to the theory that Jueyin channel moves upwards throat and liver is the source of miscellaneous diseases,Lin comes with some special methods,including clearing the liver,descending the liver,and smoothing the liver to treat throat diseases.Liver is a resolute viscus,with yin in substance and yang in function,which likes stretching and easily gets qi stagnation.Lin applies different treatment methods according to liver channel symptoms showed in the throat inflammation,modified the formulas,and he is especially good at using Flos Inulae.Lin＇s way of treating throat inflammation provides us with different methods and unique way of thinking,which is worth learning from.
