摘　　要：分析了铁路科技成果转化取得的成绩及在科研体制、管理机制、铁路企业吸纳科技成果能力方面存在的问题,对于促进铁路科技成果的转化提出了具体建议。The achievements made in the transformation of the railway scientific and technological results and the problems existing in the aspects of the scientific research system, the management mechanism and capability of the railway enterprises in absorbing scientific and technological results are analyzed. The concrete suggestions are put forward for the promotion in transforming the railway scientific and technological results.
