摘 要:该项实验于2012年2月至2012年3月以12只成年珠颈斑鸠(9♀、3♂)为对象,研究了消化系统形态学参数及肠道pH值。结果发现:成年珠颈斑鸠平均体重162.50±3.51g,平均体长279.38±7.00 mm,雌雄斑鸠外形参数差异均不显著(P>0.05)珠颈斑鸠消化器官包括消化道(喙、口腔、咽、食管、腺胃、肌胃、十二指肠、空回肠、盲肠、直肠和泄殖腔)和消化腺(肝脏、胰脏),除雄斑鸠食管、十二指肠和肝脏左叶重量显著(P<0.05)大于雌斑鸠外,其它各消化器官重量差异均不显著(P>0.05);珠颈斑鸠消化道大部分呈酸性,肌胃pH值最低,为2.84±0.10,小肠段pH值随着肠段后移逐渐升高。结果表明:珠颈斑鸠消化道特征与其食谷性和生态类型相适应,在人工驯繁条件下,提供适合其消化道特点的饲料类型将更有利于其生长繁殖。During 2 months, Fehruary and March, 2012, 12 adult Streptopelia chinensis (9♀、3♂ ) were used to research on their morphological structure of digestive system and pH value in digestive tract. The results indicate that the average body weight of the adult is 162.50 ± 3.51g and average body length 279.38 ± 7.00ram, there are no significant (P 〉 0.05) differences between the males and the females. The digestive system consists of digestive tract ( bill, oral cavity, pharynx, esophagus, glandular stomach, muscular stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, large intestine and cloaca) and digestive gland (liver and pancreas). On the weight of the digestive organs, except the esophagus, duodenum and the left liver of the males are significantly heavier than the females ( P 〈 0.05 ), there are no other differences between the two genders ( P 〉 0.05 ). The pH values in alimentary canal of Streptopelia chinensis (n =6) are approximately acid, of which the lowest is in muscular stomach (pH =2. 84), the pH values increase gradually as the intestine move back and is alkaline in ileum. In conclusion, the external feature, morphological structure of the digestive system of the Streptopelia chinensis are adapted to its feeding habit and ecological type, and supplying the suitable feed will be more favorable to its growth and reproduction under artificial breeding.
