摘　　要：从车流分析入手,在建立车辆集结率、合格率、递减率参数的基础上,重点论述了各项参数的取值,提出了车辆集结和保障能力的数学模型,为科学合理地编制输送部队车辆保障方案和确定输送准备时间打下基础,也为总部、战区安排输送总计划、下达输送命令提供决策依据。Starting with the analysis of vehicle flow,and on the basis of deciding the parameters of the rate of vehicle massing,the qualification rate of vehicle,the rate of successive decrease,the author discussed mainly how to decide the values for each parameter.The mathematical model of the ability of vehicle massing and ensuring is given,which forms the basis for working out the scheme of vehicle ensuring and deciding the time of vehicle transporting rationally and scientifically,is also helpful for the headquarters and war zone to arrange the general scheme of transporting and assign the order of transporting.
