摘　　要：公务员医药福利包括疾病治疗及生育医药福利、因公伤病医药福利、空袭损害医药福利等内容,兼顾了战时和平时两个方面。为保证公务员医药福利的实现,各地将条件较好的公私立医院作为公务员疾病治疗和生育的指定医院。公务员群体成为享受医药福利的特殊群体,显示战时四川医药福利已突破传统医药救济的局限,具有明显的现代性特征。The civil servants＇medical welfares include disease treatment and fertility medicine, job -related, in： juries and of the civil designated damages due to air raid, etc. , taking into account of war and daily life. In order to ensure the realization servants＇medical welfares, the public and private hospitals with better conditions are appointed as the hospitals for the civil servants＇disease treatment and fertility. The civil servants became one ot the special social groups who benefited from the medical welfares, which demonstrated that the medical welfares in Sichuan during the anti - Japanese war had broke through the limits of traditional medical relief and gained obvious modem characteristics.
