电子压疮危险评估系统在临床中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨电子压疮危险评估系统在临床中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年9～12月采用手工评估的335例患者为对照组;2012年1～4月采用电子压疮危险评估系统的423例患者为观察组。比较两组患者压疮发生率及护理工作效率。结果:观察组患者应用电子压疮危险评估系统后高危患者压疮发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用电子压疮危险评估系统的工作效率优于手工评估的工作效率(P<0.05)。结论:压疮危险评估系统不但可提高护士的工作效率,且对住院患者压疮的预防有重要意义。Objective：To evaluate the application effect of electronic pressure risk assessment system in clinical. Methods：Chose the manual assessment of 33.5 patients as control group from September to December in 2011. Chose the eleetrenic pressure sore risk assessment system of 423 patients as observation group from January to April in 2012. Compared the two groups of patients with pressure sore incidence and nursing work efficiency. Results：The patients in the observation group used electronic pressure sore risk assessment system after patients at high risk of pressure sore incidence was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Used electronic pressure sore risk assessment system work dffiency was better than that of manual assessment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions：Pressure sore risk assessment system could not only improved the efficiency of nurses, but also for pressure ulcer prevention was important.
