摘 要:目的:随着《劳动合同法》新法规的正式出台以及新医改方案的深入,对医疗行业人力资源管理要求越来越严格。我院利用医院信息化平台,对护理人力资源进行信息化管理,以提高人力资源管理效率。方法:我院从护理人员招聘、网上学习、培训考核、绩效、综合管理等几个方面实施信息化管理。结果:降低了劳动强度,提高了管理效率,护理人员工作、学习积极性提高。结论:充分利用信息技术实现护理人力资源管理的规范化、科学化、自动化和网络化,能给护理事业带来新的工作局面,人力资源管理模式及系统研发势在必行。Objective:Along with the "Labor Contract Law", the formal introduction of the new regulations and new medical reform program, the healthcare industry, human resource management requirements become more stringent. We used the hospital information platform for nursing human resources, informa tion management, in order to improve the efficiency of human resource management. Methods : From several aspects of the nursing staff recruitment, online learning, training, assessment, performance,integrated management, implementation of information management. Results:Reduced the labor intensity, im proved management efficiency, increased the nursing staff's work enthusiasm. Conclusion :Take full advantage of IT to achieve standardization of nursing hu man resources management, scientific, automation and networking to give the nursing profession to bring new work stuation, human resources management model and systems research and development is imperative.
