摘　　要：目的:探讨机械通气治疗重症手足口病的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析2011年6月～2012年7月我科收治的重症手足口病给予机械通气的35例患儿的临床资料,并总结护理措施。结果:35例患儿,28例治愈,3例好转,4例合并肺水肿、肺出血、呼吸衰竭等并发症而死亡。结论:重症手足口病机械通气患儿早期有效的护理干预有利于控制病情进展,防止并发症发生。Objective： To explore the nursing measures of mechanical ventilation treatment on severe hand - foot - mouth disease. Methods ：Form June 2011 to July 2012, retrospective analyzed Of 35 case in our department were severe hand - foot - mouth disease given mechanical ventilation in pediatric patients with clinical data and summarized the nursing measures. Results：All of 35 cases, 28 cases were cured, 3 cases improved, 4 cases with pulmonary edema, pulmonary hemorrhage, respiratory failure and other complications of death. Conclusion ： Severe hand - foot - mouth disease in children undergoing mechani- cal ventilation in the early and effective nursing intervention could control the progress of the disease and preventl05 the occurrence of complications.
