摘　　要：医技专业卫生士官主要包含药学、放射技术、医学检验技术、特殊诊疗技术四个专业,毕业后主要在基层部队卫生部门医疗技术岗位任职,属于技能型人才。通过跟踪调查,我们发现医技专业卫生士官在实习阶段存在模式单一、计划不够合理、管理存在难度等多方面问题,对实习质量及人才培养产生了影响,现作出详细分析。The medical professional non - commissioned oicer mainly includes pharmacy, radiation technology, medical laboratory technology and special treatment technology. After the graduation, they will work in the medical department of the grass - roots unit and belong to skilled talents. Through the tracking survey, we found that there were a lot of problems in the practice stage of the medical prefessional non - commissioned officer, such as single mode, umreasonable plan, the difficulty in the management. It influenced the practice quality and the cultivation of the talents,we made a detailed analysis on this phenomenon.
