摘  要:目的:通过掌握胃肠机的结构原理,对设备在使用中因搬迁后电缆折断所引起的电荷耦合器特殊故障进行分析与排除。方法:本着"先易后难"的原则,重点检查测量电源信号和供电回路,找到损坏元器件并最终确认损坏的有关芯片,对相关电路板进行分析、排除全部故障。结果:从胃肠机的原理着眼,以设备的电源着手,化繁为简,最终排除了全部故障并降低了维修成本。结论:设备的定期检查维护十分有必要,对电路板的维修可以大幅减少医疗设备维护经费。Objective:To master the principle of gastrointestional machine to analyze the cable break caused by the case of charge-coupled device(CCD),a special fault due to the relocation of equipment.Methods:Analysis ruled out the principles of the easier issues first,self-related board,focus on examination of measuring the power supply signal and the power supply circuit,locate the damaged components and the final confirmation of the damage to the chip,to successfully exclude all the fault with.Results:By mastering the principle of the machine,we completed the troubleshooting of the machine by reducing cost.Conclusion:Regular inspection and maintenance of the revelation equipment is necessary to the maintenance of the circuit to reduce the medical equipment maintenance expenses.
