摘　　要：目的:通过分析医院医疗设备档案管理工作的现状提出改进措施,按照行之有效的方法做好档案管理工作。方法:建立健全各项规章制度和管理流程,核查固定资产,利用器材科信息管理系统对全院医疗设备档案进行信息化管理,使管理流程透明化。结果:档案信息化管理不仅提高了医院医疗设备的档案管理质量,同时提高了医疗设备档案信息的资源利用效率。结论:利用器材科信息管理系统对医疗设备实行信息化管理,可充分发挥医疗设备档案的作用,提高医院的医疗服务质量。Objective：Through analyzing the present situation of the hospital medical equipment archives management to propose the improvement measures,so the file management work will be improved.Methods：Various rules and the management process was establish and improved to ensure complete the archival materials.Asset was verified periodically.The equipment information management system was used to manage medical equipment archives of the hospital.Results：To strengthen hospital medical equipment archives management quality,improve the medical equipment archives information resource utilization efficiency.Conclusion：Through used the system of equipment information management to give full play to the role of archives and improve the quality of medical service.
