摘　　要：目的:探讨数字胃肠机的技术特点及临床应用。方法:采用数字化多功能胃肠机,针对性的应用数字化影像技术,高级自动曝光控制(AEC)校正程序,以及图像亮度稳定(IBS)系统等技术。结果:我院引进的意大利GMM公司全数字胃肠机极大的丰富了医学形态诊断信息和图像的层次,提高了医学影像形态学的显示水平。面对各类患者,无论在透视和拍片模式下都能得到清晰的影像,并涵盖了所有临床检查,如泌尿外科、斜照摄影、全骨盆摄影、危重患者摄影等。实现了X射线影像的网络传输、存储、显示、拷贝、无胶片化等。结论:直接数字化多功能胃肠机,冲破了传统X射线检查技术和手段,进入了数字成像领域,使X射线在临床医学上的应用进入了一个崭新的阶段。Objective：To explore the technical characteristics and clinical application of digital gastrointestinal machine.Methods：Digital imaging,AEC and IBS were used for the device.Results：digital gastrointestinal machine greatly enriched the level of medical the morphological diagnostic information and images,improved morphology of medical imaging display level.X-ray image of the network transmission,storage,display,copy,such as filmless.Results：Important technology of the century has become the X-ray image of digitized medical imaging technology,along with the rapid development of modern computer and information integration technology,digital medical imaging equipment and information technology has become the trend of the times and trends.Conclusion：Introduced to our hospital Italy GMM digitized multi-functional gastrointestinal machine,breaking the traditional X-ray technology and the means to enter the field of digital imaging,greatly enriched the level of morphological diagnostic information and images,Medical Imaging morphological diagnosis.The application of X-ray medical clinical entered a new stage.
