摘　　要：在新形势下,不可预见的突发性事件时有发生。突发事件给新疆高校思想政治教育的有效开展带来了挑战,同时,也给新疆高校思想政治教育提供了进一步发挥作用的空间。In the new situation, there often occur the toreseeable and unforeseen sudden event. Unexpected events brought challenges to the effective conduct of the ideological and political education in Xinjiang, meanwhile provide a space for further playing a role in ideological and political education in Xinjiang.
