摘　　要：根据基于性能的抗震设计方法,提出基于性能的防护设计方法并建立基于性能的防护设计框架图,结合现代新材料技术、基本理论、计算方法和构造措施,建立基于性能的防护设计数学模型,以期进一步提高防护工程的生存概率和防护效果。On the basis of the existing protective theory, analyzing the dynamic properties of protection engineering, as well as dynamic coefficients, combined with performance-based seismic design method, performance-based design methods of protection are proposed. Integrated with new materials, the basic theory, calculation methods and structural measures, performance-based protection mathematical model is established, to further improve the survival probability and protective effects of protection works.
