住院新生儿父母焦虑抑郁状况与社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨住院新生儿父母的焦虑、抑郁和社会支持状况,分析其相关性,为采取针对性的临床干预措施提供依据。方法:在患儿入院1周内,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对住院新生儿父母(600人)的心理状况进行横断面调查研究。结果:接受调查的患儿父亲共400人,62.50%存在焦虑,63.73%存在抑郁;母亲200人,37.50%存在焦虑,36.27%有抑郁症状;患儿父母的焦虑、抑郁得分均高于国内正常人群(P<0.05)。住院新生儿父母的社会支持状况不理想,父亲的焦虑和抑郁水平与社会支持总分及客观支持呈显著负相关(P<0.05),母亲的焦虑、抑郁状况与主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度及社会支持总分均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:住院新生儿父母普遍存在焦虑、抑郁心理,且获得的社会支持不足,应得到重视和及时有效的护理干预。Objective：To investigate the anxiety,depression and social support status of parents with hospitalized neonates and analyze their correlations,so as to provide evidence for targeted clinical interventions. Methods：Within one week of the hospitalization of neonates, Self- Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS）, Self - Rating Depressive Scale （SDS） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） were used to investigate the psychological conditions of 400 fathers and 200 mothers for cross - sectional survey study. Results：The fathers of neonate with 400 people were surveyed ,62.50% existential anxiety, depression 63.73% ; the mothers of neonate with 200 people were surveyed ,37.50% existential anxiety,36.27% with depressive symptoms, the parents of neonate with anxiety and depression scores were higher than the normal population in the country （P 〈 0.05 ）. Hospital newborn parents of social support situation not ideal, fa- ther＇s anxiety, depression level and social support total and the objective support was significantly negative related （P 〈 0.05）, mother＇s anxiety, depression situation and subjective support,and objective support ,and on support of using degrees and the social support total are into significantly negative related （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions：Anxiety and depression were common emotions in parents of hospitalized neonates while the social support was far from satisfaction, so timely and effective nursing interventions were indispensable.
