胰腺癌术后早期肠内营养的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:分析胰腺癌术后早期进行肠内营养(EN)支持的临床疗效,并总结本院护理经验。方法:总结28例术后早期进行肠内营养支持患者的护理经验。结果:28例早期肠内营养支持患者,除1例发生管道堵塞、3例发生腹泻外无其他并发症发生。结论:胰腺癌患者术后早期进行肠内营养支持可较好的满足患者术后营养供需,促进肠功能的恢复,提高临床疗效,减少并发症的发生。Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of pancreatic cancer after postoperative with early enteral nutrition （EN） support,and summarize the hospital nursing experience. Metheds：Sunmmarized the nursing experience of 28 eases early postoperative enteral nutritional .support in,patients. Results：In 28 patients with early enteral nutritional support of patients,except for one ease of pipeline jam, three eases of diarrhea, others without any complication. Con- clusion：Patients with pancreatic cancer early postoperative enteral nutrition support could better met the patients nutritional supply and demand, and promoted the recovery of bowel function,improved the clinical efficacy reduced complications.
