摘　　要：分析了合同拟定过程中的协同行为,结合HDFS的文件IO技术和版本控制理念,提出了解决合同拟定协同行为的"云端迁移—本地操作—同步云端"模型,详细分析了模型的数学实现。最后,基于此模型讨论了合同拟定过程中的冲突解决方案。为中小企业在云计算平台下面实现多方合同的全面协同管理奠定了良好的基础。The collaboration behavior of drafting contract is analyzed.Then,the model of＂cloud migration-local process-synchronization＂ is proposed based on HDFS and version control,which is a good solution of dealing with collaboration behavior of drafting contract.The mathematic realization of this model is described in detail.Finally,according to this model,an example is discussed.The work in this paper lays a good foundation to establish the full collaboration management of multi-party contract under the cloud computing platform.
