摘　　要：在分析"十一五"期间乡村道路交通事故概况、死亡事故的形态分布及一次死亡10人以上特大交通事故的基础上,从交通参与者安全意识、机动车辆性能、道路行车环境及交通安全管理等方面入手,深入探究乡村道路交通事故发生的原因。提出交通安全对策,以期提高乡村道路的交通安全性,为广大农村居民的出行提供良好的交通环境。Based on the analysis of general situation of rural road traffic accidents during the ＂eleven five＂ period, morphological characteristics of the accidents and serious traffic accidents which lead to at least 10 casualties once, starting with the aspects of traffic participates＇ awareness, motor vehicle safety performance, road traffic environments and traffic safety management, the cause of rural road traffic accidents is thoroughly inquired. According to the cause above, countermeasures of traffic safety are proposed from five aspects in order to improve traffic safety of rural roads, by which a good traffic environment for trip of most ru- ral residents can be supplied.
