摘　　要：外商直接投资(FDI)普遍被认为是促进地区经济发展和加快全球一体化进程的催化剂。从实证分析的角度分析外商直接投资对泉州市的经济增长和三次产业产出及内部结构的影响,分析外商直接投资对泉州市国内投资的"挤入"和"挤出"效应、就业效应和技术溢出效应,探讨外商直接投资对泉州市产业结构的影响,为政府部门制定吸收和管理外商直接投资政策提供理论参考。Foreign direct investment （FDI） is widely regarded as a catalyst for promoting regional economic development and ac- celerating the process of global integration. Based on an empirical prospective, how FDI impacts economic growth, how it affects the output and the internal structure of the three industrial departments in Quanzhou are analyzed, and then the effects of ＂squee- zing into＂ and ＂crowding out＂ of Quanzhou area＇s domestic investment, the employment effects and the technological spiUovers effects that FDI takes are all demonstrated. On exploring how FDI affects the structure of industry in Quanzhou, some theoretical reference about how to absorb and manage FDI for government departments is developed.
