摘 要:用不同浓度和组合配比的IAA、GA3、6-BA浸泡处理不同年生的花魔芋球茎,研究对花魔芋产生多叶的影响,结果表明:使用单一植物生长物质处理时,IAA诱导花魔芋根状茎、一年生及二年生多叶的最适浓度分别为10mg/L、5~7mg/L、1.5mg/L,多叶率最高可达67.85%;6-BA诱导不同芋龄花魔芋发生多叶的最适浓度均为30mg/L,多叶率分别达25.32%,52.34%,6.81%;而以60mg/L的GA3诱导不同芋龄花魔芋的最高多叶发生率为67%.单一植物生长物质处理材料以一年生魔芋效果最好.以40mg/L的GA3+30mg/L的6-BA和5mg/L的IAA+10mg/L的6-BA的组合为诱导花魔芋多叶发生最好组合,多叶率为57%左右.适当的植物生长物质处理能有效促进魔芋多叶的发生,增大光合作用面积,为魔芋提高产量奠定基础.The rhizome, annual bulb and biennial bulb of Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch were soaked with IAA, GA3 and 6-BA singly or in combination to study the effects of these plant growth substances on the multi-leavedness of the species. In single hormone treatments, the optimal IAA concentration was 10 mg/L, 5--7 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L, respectively, for multi-leaf induction from rhizome, annual bulb and bi- ennial bulb, with a highest multi-leaf rate of 67.85%. The optimal 6-BA concentration was 30mg/L for rhizome, annual bulb and biennial bulb, and the multi-leaf rate was 25.32%, 52.34% and 6.81%, respec- tively. In GA3 treatments, the highest multi-leaf induction rate (67%) was obtained with a GA3 concen- tration of 60 mg/L. In single hormone treatments, the annual bulb of A. konjac was the best material. In combinations of different hormones, the best treatments were 40 mg/L GA3 + 30 mg/L 6-BA and 5 mg/ L IAA+ 10 mg/L 6-BA, their multi-leaf rates being about 57%. In conclusion, appropriate plant hor- mones can promote the multi-leaf rate effectively and increase the photosynthetic area, thus laying a foun- dation for prompting A. konjac production.
