摘  要:为了提高油茶嫁接苗成活率和促进其快速生长,以黄心土、菜园土、黄心土∶菜园土=3∶7、黄心土∶菜园土=7∶3和轻基质等5种不同试验处理,研究了不同基质类型对油茶嫁接苗成活及生长发育的影响.结果表明:不同基质类型对油茶嫁接苗成活率、抽梢率、苗高和地径都有显著影响.以轻基质和菜园土处理效果较好,成活率达94.44%以上,抽梢率达93.33%以上,苗高达7.95cm以上,地径达1.80mm以上;经相关分析,苗高和地径极显著正相关,R=0.982 5**;经回归分析,苗高和地径间回归方程为y=0.902 7+0.111 2x.Camellia oleifera Abel. of yellow subsoil and garden soil wi grafted seedlings were grown on yellow subsoil, garden soil, a mixture th a ratio of 3 : 7, a mixture of yellow subsoil and garden soil with a ra- tio of 7 : 3 and a light substrate to study the effects of different substrates on their survival and The results showed that the different substrate types had significant effects on the survival rate, growth. shooting rate, plant height and ground diameter the of the grafted seedlings. Light substrate and garden soil gave better be he ng ght results than the other substrates, the survival rate, shooting rate, plant height and ground diameter 94.44%, 93.33%, 7.95 cm and 1.80 mm, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that plant was in a highly significant positive correlation with ground diameter, R=0. 982 5 * * , and by regres- sion analysis, a regression equation was established: y=0. 902 7+0. 111 2x.
