摘 要:该实验用银叶真藓和泥炭藓为外植体,以不同体积质量分数的Knop培养基、微量元素、酒石酸铵和糖类为因子,采用正交试验设计的方法,研究影响两种苔藓植物配子托和银叶真藓原丝体生长的主要因子.研究结果显示:①在以上4种因子中,糖类是影响两种苔藓植物生长的主要因子,葡萄糖或蔗糖的体积质量分数在接近5g/L时最有利于两种苔藓植物生长;②银叶真藓原丝体液体培养,采用未经稀释的knop培养基效果最好,而在固体培养基上培养银叶真藓和泥炭藓配子托,采用稀释2倍的Knop培养基效果最好;③酒石酸铵对泥炭藓配子托生长的影响程度仅次于糖类,是比较重要的因子.The influences of four factors (Knop medium, trace elements, carbohydrates and ammonium tartrate) on the growth of the gametophores of Bryum argenteum and Sphagnum palustre and of the pro- tonema of B. argenteum were studied in an experiment of orthogonal design. Carbohydrates and their con- centrations were shown to be the main influential factor. Glucose or sucrose with a concentration of about 5 g/L was most favorable to the growth of the two mosses. The undiluted Knop medium was optimum for the growth of B. argenteum protonema in the liquid medium, and the double-diluted Knop medium was optimum for gametophore growth of the two mosses on solid medium. Ammonium tartrate was another imp hyd ortant factor, and its influence on gametophore growth of S. palustr was second just to that of carbo- rates.
